HOW TO SIGN-UP

  Registration Checklist
  • Complete and signed Registration Packet
  • Copy of Certified Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Grade Enrollment Verification (current report card for grade verification)
  • Signed Headsup Concussion Form
  • Signed CIF Concussion Return to Play (RTP) Protocol Form
  • Signed and completed MVFL Physical Form (dated current season of registration)
  • These forms must be turned in and fees paid at a Sign-Up Event.

Fees for Football and Cheer

  • $350 Registration fee for football, jersey is included in price
  • $200 Registration fee for cheer, cheer gear varies from year-to-year

March 7th: Football Sign ups 6pm @ Ione elementary
(Returning players only, must have played last season to be considered a returning player)

March 21st: Football sign ups 6pm- @ Ione elementary (new players)

Feb 6th: Cheer sign ups 6-8 @ St. Sava Mission

March 11th: Cheer 1st payment, 5:30-7 @ Ione elementary

April 7th: Cheer 2nd payment, 5:30-7 @ Mel’s Banquet Room

April 14th: Cheer Fitting, 10am @ St. Sava Mission
